The Housing Authority of Elgin, Illinois, manages 255 Public Housing units, comprised of a 150 unit (age 50+) high rise and 7 family developments consisting of 105 total units.

We are continuously evaluating and upgrading our properties. We have recently completed several phases of improvement to Clifford/Owasco, which is one of our larger developments. The enhancements have proven to increase the quality, tenant satisfaction and marketability of our property.

We also maintain a good rapport with the City of Elgin and work together to improve the viability of the community as a whole.
