The Housing Authority of Elgin, Illinois (“HAE”) is Requesting Proposals from qualified law
firms to provide professional services related to Real Estate, Litigation, and Employment Law.
Proposal submission documents may be obtained from the Procurement Department at HAE’s
Central Office which is located on the 2nd floor at 130 S. State Street, Elgin, Illinois 60124or by
calling 847-608-4404, beginning Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 130 S. State
Street, Elgin, Illinois 60123. Any proposals received after 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Wednesday, July
20, 2022 will be rejected.
